During your shopping break, you’ll find a wide variety of cafés and restaurants at Designer Outlet Berlin, ranging from speciality coffees to currywurst and bowls, right through to ice cream to take away. So there’s something to suit every taste, whether you’re looking for a quick snack or a relaxing break between shopping trips.

Our Guest Services are open from Monday to Saturday, 9.30 am to 8.00 pm, and are here to help you! You can also get information about the region and current events from our Guest Services. Guest Services is your one-stop whether you have questions about the centre, services such as pushchair hire, lockers, power banks, umbrellas, tax-free shopping, tourist information or need assistance during your visit.

Our Silent Room offers you a peaceful retreat in the heart of the shopping experience. Here, you can pray, meditate, take a moment to relax or simply recharge your batteries. The room is particularly suitable for guests seeking a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Toilets are located right next door. International visitors residing outside the EU can benefit from tax-free shopping at Designer Outlet Berlin. In most shops, tax refunds are processed through established providers such as Global Blue or Planet. This gives eligible visitors the opportunity to claim a refund of the VAT on their purchases and save even more on top of the already reduced outlet prices. Further information on the process is available directly from the participating shops or from our Guest Services.

To ensure a stress-free journey, there are 3,000 free parking spaces available, including designated disabled parking spaces, as well as a multi-storey car park right next to the centre. We also have space for buses, bicycles and motorbikes.

Are you travelling in an electric vehicle? In Car Park 2, you’ll find 10 electric charging points where you can conveniently charge your vehicle whilst you’re visiting. This makes it easy to combine your day’s shopping with charging your car. Information on how to use the charging points is available on site.[

For our youngest guests, we offer Kids Cars – also known as Kiddy Cabs – for hire. These little children’s taxis make a visit particularly enjoyable for children and help parents to have a more relaxed day’s shopping. You can hire the Kids Cars from our Guest Services for a daily hire fee of 5 euros. A deposit of 20 euros in cash is also required.

The Designer Outlet Berlin is perfectly suited to families. For younger visitors, there is a children’s playground and a picnic area with a play tower, tables and benches set amongst the greenery – ideal for a short break whilst shopping.

No problem – you can hire a pushchair from our Guest Services desk, making it easy to get around the centre comfortably, even with young children. The pushchair service is available free of charge, subject to a cash deposit of 20 euros. Ideal for families who pop in on the spur of the moment or have left their own pushchair at home.

For families with babies, we provide nappy-changing rooms near our toilets. There, you can change, feed and breastfeed your child in peace. If you’ve forgotten nappies or other small baby essentials, our Guest Services team will be happy to help.

In addition to our special services, we also provide all the essential facilities you need for a pleasant stay. These include toilets, accessible toilets, a cash machine, free Wi-Fi, a defibrillator and Guest Services, which acts as a central point of contact for any queries you may have regarding your visit.

The Designer Outlet Berlin is designed to ensure a comfortable and accessible visit. The entire centre is at ground level and fully accessible, from the car parks and the walkways between the shops to the toilet facilities. In addition, there are designated disabled parking spaces and accessible toilets available, so that all guests can enjoy their visit as stress-free as possible. Dogs are welcome at Designer Outlet Berlin, and there are several drinking bowls available for them. Please keep your dog on a lead at all times. Please note that individual shops and restaurants may have their own rules and may not allow dogs on their premises. If you have any questions, our Guest Services team will be happy to help.

Lockers of various sizes are available for your shopping and personal belongings, such as motorbike helmets or clothing. Keys are issued at Guest Services in exchange for a deposit of 20 euros in cash. The lockers are also particularly handy if you want to store your shopping for a while or enjoy your visit without having to carry extra bags.

To ensure your smartphone stays charged even during a long day’s shopping, you can borrow power banks from Guest Services for a cash deposit of 20 euros. This means you can use the digital centre map, check out special offers or stay in touch without having to worry about your battery level.

Even in bad weather, your day’s shopping will remain stress-free. You can buy large umbrellas from our Guest Services for 6 euros. This way, you can stay dry whilst you’re in the centre and enjoy your visit even when it’s raining.
