Elstal railway station offers barrier-free access.

From Berlin (Südkreuz, Potsdamer Platz, Hauptbahnhof, Jungfernheide, Spandau) take the Regional-Express RE4 in the direction of Rathenow or from Gesundbrunnen, Jungfernheide, Spandau take the RB21 in the direction of Potsdam to Elstal station. Directly in front of the station, take bus 662 in the direction of Priort or 668 in the direction of Karl's Erlebnisdorf to the main entrance of the Designer Outlet Berlin. You will need an ABC ticket.

From Potsdam take the regional train RB21 in the direction of Berlin-Spandau to Priort station. Directly in front of the station take bus 662 in the direction of Elstal to the main entrance of the Designer Outlet Berlin - or RB21 to Elstal station and continue by bus 668 to the Designer Outlet. You will need an ABC ticket.

- Golm - 26 minutes 
- Priort - 16 minutes

From Havelpark you can also take bus 663 in the direction of Nauen directly to the main entrance of the Designer Outlet Berlin.

From and to the Karls Erlebnis-Dorf from Elstal railway station on bus route 668, which connects Elstal railway station, Designer Outlet and Karls Erlebnis-Dorf every 20/40 minutes with a connection to/from the train in Elstal.
