2. Eligibility to participate
All persons of legal age with a permanent residence in Germany are eligible to participate.
3. Exclusion of participation
Excluded from participation are employees, freelancers and authorised representatives of the organiser, authorised representatives of any cooperation partners and tenants based at the Designer Outlet Berlin. Each participant may only register for and participate in the competition once. Any violation of this rule will result in the participant in question being excluded from the competition. Participants who use unauthorised aids, attempt to manipulate the competition in any other way or violate these conditions of participation will also be excluded. In such cases, the organiser reserves the right to subsequently disallow and reclaim prizes.
4. Content of the competition and prospect of winning
To take part in the competition, participants must register in the Designer Outlet Berlin VIP Club at www.designeroutletberlin.com. Each participant may only take part in the competition once.
The prizes include:
3 x € 250,- Eventim vouchers
10 x shopping vouchers worth €100 each from our brand partners (tenants)
20 x summer goodie bags worth €50 each (incl. a €25 shopping voucher from a Designer Outlet Berlin shop)
No cash payment possible.
5. Participation; Determination of winnings
By participating, the user agrees that their address and, if applicable, telephone number may be used to notify them of their win and, for the purpose of data comparison when collecting the prize, their name in the form of the full first name and the first letter of the surname in the event of winning, as well as a winning photo may be published in the centre and on its social channels and the centre website.
The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winners will be announced at the end of calendar week 23 in 2025 and will be notified by email. The prizes can be collected from the centre information desk on presentation of ID.
6. Data protection
FREY Berlin OpCo GmbH, Alter Spandauer Weg 1, 14641 Wustermark processes personal data for the purpose of participation in the competition on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a EU GDPR. 7. Participation deadline
The competition starts on 30 April 2025 and the deadline for entries is 30 May 2025 at 11:59 pm.
8. Disclaimer / change and premature termination of the competition
The organiser is also not liable for any transmission errors. The organiser reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change the course of the competition if it is not possible to carry out the competition properly for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software and hardware) or legal reasons.
9. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Legal recourse is excluded.
